Vocational Education and Training (VET) colleges offer exceptional, internationally recognised industry qualifications. VET courses give you the opportunity to learn valuable skills with Australia’s leading industry experts, or they can provide your pathway to Higher Education studies.

You can enrol in a VET course at a private college or at one of the Australian government’s polytechnics and institutes of technology.

Academic Year

Each VET college will have varying intake dates throughout the year, with the most common commencements being in February, April, July and October.

Tuition Fee

  • Government TAFE - around AUD $6500 per semester

  • Private College - depend on courses, could start from AUD $8000 per year

  • English Course - start from AUD $180 per week
